My First Job
In 2015, White Hall Arts Academy has established the "My First Job" teen work program. Through this program teens and young adults aged 14-21 are employed to work as office assistants, teaching assistants and media creators.

Mission
White Hall Arts Academy knows that opening the door to a job is life-changing for any young person, especially those facing economic and social challenges. Our goal is to prepare teens and young adults aged 14 - 21 to enter the work force through work experience
Vision
We will help them write their resume, practice interviews and learn how to manage the money they will be earning.

Throughout the employment period, program participants work to achieve the following goals:
-
Acquire critical skills
-
Interact with customers
-
Learn professional behaviors
Teens who participate in the program gain valuable work experience, develop job skills and build their self-esteem and confidence.

Meet Our 2025–2026 My First Job Cohort
This year’s cohort represents the next generation of leaders, creatives, and changemakers. As participants in White Hall Arts Academy’s My First Job program, these teens are stepping into their very first work experience with curiosity, dedication, and a passion for the arts. More than just assistants, they are junior mentors, role models, and vital members of our studio family.

Our culture is rooted in creativity, responsibility, and growth — and these young leaders embody that spirit every day. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world practice, they’re building skills that will carry them far beyond the stage or classroom. We’re proud to guide them on this journey and excited for you to get to know the bright talent behind the scenes.
